Garden under the Sea
“I am creating the archetype of me. The me that I have found in my unconsciousness. The unconscious and also the conscious mind naturally promotes healing and growth. And that is what my unconscious does as well. And I believe in what my unconscious says. It's the matter of listening to the self, the possible self, and covering the persona for the moment. The negative voices that still lingers in my mind such as "her work is going to be so difficult to transport" or "your work is just decorative" or "you are still so naïve," I decide to just accept those qualities of mine. My artworks are fragile and huge. My works are so beautiful that they could be purely decorative but at the same time carry the meaning of powerful possibility in myself. And I am innocent, pure, vibrant, energetic, spontaneous, and childlike. I do not know much about the world or how to survive in the hierarchy of the society. However, I know how to acknowledge myself and how to encourage others. I have a power to form a community myself and I have the strength to nurture those people around me.”"
